Pirate Rain takes Jennifer Maiden’s concern with political power and personal accountability into new territory, as Clare Collins and George Jeffreys wake to nightmare scenarios in New Orleans, Rio,Beirut, Paris or Somalia, and Eleanor Roosevelt and Hillary Clinton talk intimately in hotel rooms on the campaign trail leading to the Obama presidency.
