Subscriptions require a user account. You can create a new account, login to an existing account, or reset your password by following prompts at the checkout or visiting the Account page.
Payments and renewal
The full cost of your chosen plan is payable upfront. You can choose to auto-renew on an annual basis or pay year-to-year.
Publication schedule
HEAT is published five times annually on a regular schedule. Issues are posted to subscribers as soon as they are printed.
Gift subscriptions
Subscriptions can be purchased as gifts. You will be prompted to enter the recipient’s email address at the checkout, creating an account which allows them to receive updates about their subscription. This cannot be the same email address used to place the order. The recipient will be sent a welcome email asking them to confirm their postal address.
Subscriptions can also be purchased as gifts without providing an email address for the recipient. Enter the recipient’s postal address at checkout and indicate in the ‘Order notes’ section that the subscription is a gift. All updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
International subscriptions
Subscriptions to locations outside Australia include postage in the purchase price. We send internationally using Australia Post’s untracked Economy Air service. Please be aware that some locations may charge additional taxes, duties, or customs fees. If you live outside the regions listed above please contact us for further information.
Digital access
Individual issues of HEAT are available to purchase as ebooks from retailers, including Dymocks, Booktopia, Amazon and Kobo. We understand that some ebook formats will not be accessible to all readers. If you are a reader with specific access requirements, please contact orders@giramondopublishing.com.
